The Development Operations Coordinator performs administrative duties related to fundraising and grants management, supporting activities and strategic operations designed to increase the institutional capacity of Rising Tide Capital. Rising Tide Capital (is seeking a talented individual with an interest in entrepreneurship and a demonstrated history in providing support to a fundraising/grant management office to join our team of professionals to make a difference in the world and to participate in the growth of an innovative, dynamic non-profit organization. As part of a team of shelter staff, the Shelter Coordinator is responsible for supervising and supporting shelter advocates in assisting, advocating, and enabling survivors of domestic violence and their families who are temporarily residing in the emergency shelter to be safe, empowered, and have increased ability to be independent and free of violence. Shelter Coordinator must maintain a reasonable presence and be available for emergency situations. The Shelter Coordinator is a supervisory position that has primary responsibility for, in collaboration with the Director of Residential Services and Senior Shelter Advocate, the operation of the residential services and case management of residential clients.

Refers clients to YWCA internal programs providing counseling, workforce development, children's services, legal services, and other needed services, as well as appropriate community resources for services not covered by YWCA Union County. The Shelter Coordinator will provide services under the supervision and direction of the Director of Residential.
